Whether you’re brand new to canning and don’t know where to start or you’re just looking to up your efficiency with some new tips and tricks, this class will help you prepare to fill your cabinets with a solid stock of local produce to last you through the long Minnesota winter. Heidi will talk you through the process of canning from farmers market to finished product.
