Celebrate the arrival of crisp and tangy watercress, sorrel, and more with this class inspired by spring in Provence. Instructor Bret Bannon will lead this hands on class where you’ll learn rustic and classic French farmhouse recipes and techniques that are sure to bring a fresh pop of green to your plate. Pair these recipes with a baguette and a glass of wine and you’ve got the perfect spring meal to open up the patio.
Class menu will include:
- Wild Greens Soup (Soupe aux Herbes Sauvages)
- Gruyère and Sorrel Tart (Tarte à l’Oseille et au Gruyère)
