In this hands-on class, Chef Koshiki Smith of St. Paul’s dearly departed Tanpopo restaurant will teach you how to make your very own hand-rolled sushi. You’ll discuss ingredients, including rice and fillings, and different types of sushi. Then, under Chef Koshiki’s expert guidance, you’ll try your hand at making your own sushi rolls. With a bit of practice, you will be able to enjoy fresh and delicious homemade sushi whenever the mood strikes!
Class menu will include:
- California Rolls
- Vegetable Rolls
- Smoked Salmon and Shrimp Sushi
Please note that this class will include an alcoholic beverage pairing from Surdyk’s Liquor and Cheese.
