In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to hit the mark every time with patience, persistence, and (most importantly) the expert guidance of Italian food experts and dynamic duo Joan and David Donatelle. There are countless variations of this simple recipe, some using plain flour and others semolina or cornmeal, some based on white potatoes and others on sweet potatoes or ricotta, and some incorporating spinach, herbs, or other ingredients.
