In this all veggie class you’ll explore the flavors and techniques of authentic Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisine with instructor Mimi Selam. With approachable techniques you can replicate at home, you’ll learn to cook with a variety of fresh ingredients and flavors, from light and mild to sizzling dishes packed with exotic spices. With flavors this good- no one will miss the meat!
Class menu will include:
- Vegetable Tibs (Sizzling Spiced Zucchini or Mushrooms with Injera Bread)
- Warming Spinach, Carrot, and Potato Stew
- Misir Wot (Red Lentils in a Spiced Sauce)
