Based on the principles of Whole30 eating, this class shows you that 30 days of protein, produce, and persistence will not only make you feel better, but can also make you a better cook! Instead of focusing on the things you can’t have, we’ll focus on the things you can have and how to make them interesting and delicious.
Class participants will work their way through tips and tricks for retaining flavor, using good-for-you fats, feeling full, and getting a “real” dinner on the table. The class menu will include:
- Egg Roll-In-A-Bowl
- Tortilla Espanola with Olive-Orange-Pickled Red Onion Kale Salad
- Chicken & Sweet Potato Curry
- Roasted Fruit with Toasted Coconut n’ Cream
