Wrap It Up: Fish Dinner

In this brand new class, Chef Yia Vang of Union Kitchen will teach you how to create a fish dinner that is as delicious as it is visually stunning. You’ll prepare whole fish wrapped in banana leaves and steamed, and don’t worry–Yia will walk you through working with whole fish! Then you’ll make a variety of pickled veggies and sauces to enjoy with your fish, along with rice.
The fish in this class will come from Sitka Salmon Shares, a Midwest- and Alaska-based Community-Supported Fishery (similar to the CSA model for veggies) with a serious commitment to responsible and sustainable fishing practices that result in delicious and healthy products.
