A veteran of the Twin Cities restaurant industry (and TGA’s Kitchen Coordinator!), Sadie has long dreamed of a better world in foodservice that isn’t tied to chef culture: grueling hours, poor working conditions, divisive kitchen environments. Instead, she celebrates food that is magical, imaginative, and accessible – with these tenants in mind Babe in the Woods Baking was born. Join us as Sadie works through two of her signature recipes, Double Chocolate Crinkle Cookies and Gluten-Free Jam Thumbprint Cookies. If you love baking that experiments with classic flavors and adds inventive twists, this class is for you!

Each registrant will get a recipe packet and information on how to access the class via Zoom the week of Dec. 7th.
