Join us for a virtual gathering in celebration of The Perennial Kitchen Simple Recipes for a Healthy Future, the newest book from James Beard Award-winning author, and TGA Board Member, Beth Dooley! From Beth’s own kitchen, she’ll walk you through one of her favorite recipes from the new book, while discussing tips for sourcing various regenerative crops – crops that help to improve soil health, increase crop yields, and build water resilience – all crucial elements of farming in our rapidly changing climate. The event will end with a Q & A and discussion that will help you to expand your definition of local food to embrace regenerative agriculture.

Class runs live on Thursday, March 25h from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. CST and is free, with a suggested donation of $10 which you can make at checkout.  Attendees will also have the option to pre-order copies of the book, published by The University of Minnesota Press, which will be available for contactless pick-up only at The Good Acre in mid-May. A recording of the class will be sent to all registrants after the event.
