Our convenient, state-of-the-art facilities and services allow you to produce, source, and store your product, all through a single relationship. That’s the kind of streamlined support that builds a better business. 

To stay true to our mission, we prioritize makers who specialize in produce-heavy food items, including ingredients that can be sourced, when in season, from our network of growers.

In order to produce in TGA’s kitchen, you must have the following:
  • Certification that you are a Food Safety Manager through the MN Department of Health
  • Business License from the MN Department of Agriculture
  • Commercial liability insurance

Kitchen Time Rental Rates:

  • $15/hr (5-hour monthly minimum)

Storage Rental Rates:

  • Cooler & dry storage from $15/month
  • Freezer storage from $40/month
