Our convenient, state-of-the-art facilities and services allow you to produce, source, and store your product, all through a single relationship. To stay true to our mission, we prioritize makers who specialize in produce-heavy food items, including ingredients that can be sourced, when in season, from our network of growers.
In order to produce in TGA’s kitchen, you must have the following:
- Certification that you are a Food Safety Manager through the MN Department of Health
- Retail/Wholesale Food License from the MN Department of Agriculture or Ramsey County
- Commercial liability insurance
Kitchen Rental Rates:

$100 non-refundable new client administration fee

One-time $200 refundable security deposit

$20/hr (10-hour monthly minimum), after first 10 hours, the rate is $17/hr

Cleaning supplies fee of $30 a month
