Natalie VandenburghPROGRAMS MANAGER

Natalie was born and raised in the Twin Cities, where she learned to love making and sharing good food by way of a rustic pie recipe from the Star Tribune.

After studying international relations at Georgetown University, getting a degree in food systems from the University of Minnesota, and dabbling in various areas of food, agriculture, and sustainability – Natalie found her way to The Good Acre. In her role as Kitchen Manager, Natalie oversees our shared commercial kitchen space, and our fun and affordable cooking classes, as well as execution of our on-site culinary training for foodservice professionals.

Natalie’s passions include using food as a tool for environmental and personal wellbeing, working with small food businesses, and milling and baking with local grain.
