Starting as a brunch cook in South Minneapolis, Sadie comes to The Good Acre with over ten years of savory and pastry experience from working at places such as Alma and Colita. Passionate about the local and seasonal food movement in our area, Sadie is also driven by the desire to empower the community with the ability to use the bounty Minnesota’s six seasons have to offer. When not in the kitchen (which is a rarity, as I also enjoy fermentation, pickling, and preserving), Sadie loves to paint.
