Since finishing his Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota, Zach has been working in the world of local food. From hydroponics to cheese making, and beekeeping to soil building, Zach has been getting his hands dirty all with the goal of providing others with a good meal. He is passionate about providing access to healthy fruits and vegetables, building relationships with farmers and consumers, and creating pathways for the future of sustainable food production here in Minnesota.
As the Operations Manager at The Good Acre, Zach is responsible for the day to day maintenance of our warehouse, managing the intake and distribution of produce, and delivery to our wholesale customers. When he is not busy in the warehouse or driving our big box truck, Zach can be found cooking and enjoying meals with family and friends.
